Description:
With Calc and Writer, files are always saved as read-only and locked against
access by other users. I have tried re-installing three times.
Only occurs on my laptop not on my PC
Windows 11. 64 bit
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a file that is not read-only.
2.Save it.
3.
Actual Results:
File is now save-only and locked
Expected Results:
Unsullied file
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
