--- Comment #2 from Lyle Blosser <[email protected]> ---
Thanks for the quick response.

I tried testing `.uno:PasteTextImportDialog` on my system, and while it may
work when invoked from a toolbar button but that is *only if* the command is
present. However, in my build (LibreOffice Calc 25.8.4.2 x86_64 on Windows),
the command does **not** appear in any of the Customize dialogs:
- Tools → Customize → Toolbars → Add → All Commands
- Tools → Customize → Menus → Add → All Commands
- Tools → Customize → Keyboard → Category = LibreOffice / Edit / All Commands

I also tried switching UI modes (Standard Toolbar, Single Toolbar, Menubar,
Tabbed, Tabbed Compact) and reopening the Customize dialog each time. The
command never appears in any list, so it cannot be added to a toolbar or menu,
and therefore cannot be assigned to a keyboard shortcut.

This means that although `.uno:PasteTextImportDialog` might exist internally,
it is not exposed in the UI on this build, which prevents assigning a shortcut.

NOTE: The command did not show up even when running in Safe Mode.

Please let me know if you need additional information or testing.

Regards,
Lyle Blosser
