Description:
When I went to install, it said Explorer.exe was being used and needed to be
closed, and it'd attempt to restart it. Already a bit of a red flag there, but
I let it do its thing. It shut it down, but didn't start it again.
With a blank desktop and no access to Start, My PC or a way to easily start
Explorer.exe back up again, I watched as it then gave me a list of other
programs that were apparently also preventing it, including Chrome and Edge
(although Chrome has been in the list for other stuff before). So I decided it
was being dodgy and I needed to restart my PC and try again.
I had to restart my PC using Ctrl+Alt+Del as my only available option (CMD
would've been another option to relaunch it, but I didn't think of it or know
the keyboard shortcut). Fresh on the desktop I launched the installer again,
and this time Steam was preventing it. Really weird, but I closed it. It was
happy then, but I wasn't convinced there's not something wrong with the
installer and I didn't trust it. Cancelled the installation, deleted the folder
and downloaded the previous version again, and this time everything went
smoothly.

Actual Results:
Getting asked to close multiple programs to proceed with setup.
Expected Results:
LibreOffice just installs.
