The new "compress graphic" feature is a nice tool, but it does not fully
address this bug. We need a global solution. For example, when a user needs to
email a large image intensive doc, they shouldn't be expected to go through
every single image, and manually crop, resize, and compress. Instead, they
should be given the option to compress ALL pictures in the "save as" or
"export" dialog. That dialog should be able to select: 

high - high compression ratio, reduce to low DPI, smallest size, used for email 
medium - 
low - low compression, max DPI, largest size, best quality, used for print
Custom- would be nice, but not necessary

Finally, a checkbox option to permanently crop images. This save/export option
should be available in writer, calc, and impress.
