Description:
Our build process on Windows doesn't support pick specific signing certificate
from multiple certificates (e.g. two or more certificates stored in a token)
for now, maybe implement this feature will be good idea.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run `autogen.sh` with `--enable-windows-build-signing` and other needed
options
2. Run `make`
Actual Results:
No method to choose specific signing certificate from multiple certificates
Expected Results:
Have arguments to choose specific signing certificate
Reproducible: Always
