Description:
I have a document, when i open it the links in the index don't work and don't
redirect to the linked paragraph.
If I right click and "Update Table of Contents" the links start working.
But when i save, close the document and open it once again, the links are not
working so every time I have to "Update Table of Contents".
This problem started 1 or 2 months ago (version 25.8.x.x), but today I am
writing because I updated to the latest version 26.2.0.3 and i see it is still
here.
I use this document every day since few years (notes from my everyday are
there) and the index always worked fine, previously.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a file with a table of content
2. click one link in the table of content
3. the link does not work until you "Update Table of Contents"
4. save, close, re-open the document and you are again at step 1
Actual Results:
links in index don't work before "Update Table of Contents"
Expected Results:
links should work since the start
Reproducible: Always
