This is an annoyance.
Master document templates (*.otm) are not clearly differentiated from Writer's
document templates (*.ott) in the template manager dialog.
MD templates are actually Writer templates with internal changes and are
displayed within "text document" filter in either start center (templates
screen) or template manager dialog.
In both situation, the template file extension is not displayed.
Step to reproduce:
1) create a master document
2) save it as template (File - Template - save as template)
3) select category and give template a name.
4) save
5) look at template in start center and template manager dialog, optionally
filter for text documents
Results
template name displayed in/as text document, no difference with normal (*.ott)
template
Expected results
have MD template displayed differently from a normal (*.ott) text template
Note: hovering the templates thumbnails display a callout with only the
template name.
