Description:
When opening a write-protected file a blue info banner is shown: "This document
is opened readonly" (German: Dieses Dokument ist schreibgeschützt geöffnet.").
This banner is only partially blue; the upper part is grey.
This issue has plagued me since at least 5 years over different Linux versions
and distributions (Ubuntu + Debian).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open write-protected file
2. LibreOffice shows blue info banner
Actual Results:
Info banner is only partially blue
Expected Results:
The banner should be fully blue.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
