Start Writer in version 24.8. Create a table of at least 4x4 cells. Set the
cells (really cells, not row) background of the first row to Yellow (for
example) and the background of the cells of the last row to Gray (for example).
Mark the entire table. Menu Table > AutoFormat > New. Enter a name, "test248",
for example. OK. Save document and exit Writer.
Start Calc. Mark a range of at least 4x4 cells. Menu Format > AutoFormat
Styles.  Find "test248" in the Format list and click on it. OK.

Now start Writer in version 26.8. Create a table of at least 4x4 cells. Menu
Table > AutoFormat Styles > New Style. Enter a name in the field "Name",
"test268", for example. Select "First Row" from field "Element". Select color
Yellow from field Cell Color. Select "Last Row" from field "Element", Select
color Gray from field Cell Color. OK. OK.
Create a second table, mark it, Table > AutoFormat Styles. Verify that
AutoFormat "test268" exists and can be used. Save document and exit Writer.
Start Calc. Mark a range of at least 4x4 cells. Menu Format > AutoFormat
Styles.  AutoFormat "test248" does not exist.
