Also reproducible with the same version on Windows10, also in safe mode.
Open some editable database, say "Bibliography".
Let the form wizard create a 3-click form.
Everything OK so far.
Close the form and reopen for editing.
Do an arbitrary dummy edit and save the form.
Next time, the data of this form will be read-only, and the relevant form
properties are disabled.
