            Bug ID: 171095
Summary: Libreoffice Calc select area for formula scroll crazy
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.5.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
When selecting the cells I want to use in my formula, with trackpad or mouse,
if I select more than a few cells the screen begins to scroll. This happens in
the middle of the screen. Not when I scroll off the visible area as one would
expect. The result is the screen thrashing up and down as I try to select a
reasonable area. This seems to affect all formulae. Using the stock install on
fedora. I believe it's the RPM from the fedora repository.
Version: 25.8.5.2 (X86_64)

CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.18; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US

Steps to Reproduce:
1.type a formula
2.try to select 5 cells to sum
3.chaos ensues

Actual Results:
I usually end up typing the cell areas instead of fighting the mouse.
