As you can see in attachment 205919, I added a calculated "average discount" that shown the correct format (percent with 2 decimals e.g. 7.25 % for Client A in 2022) in the "calculated values" of the pivot table but not in the total (column S) where it is turned into a number format with various decimals (e.g. 0.089 for the Average discount Grand total instead of 8.90 %).
