Description:
All worked fine, but in version 26.? the database connection failed. First, a
text document with filled-in fields from an odb database could no longer be
saved, then the fields were simply emptied again. Now the database can no
longer be opened at all because it can no longer find the SDBC driver. Which
driver do I need under Linux (cachyos)? In the options, all odbc and sdbc
drivers are shown as "known in libreoffice".
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open an odb file
2.General error appears
3.Enable or disable macros makes no difference
4.Error: The connection to the data source "Mat_data" could not be established.
Error: Error code: 1000 The driver class “” could not be loaded.
Error: SQL Status: HY000 The driver class “” could not be loaded.
Actual Results:
SQL status: HY000
The connection to the external data source could not be established. No SDBC
driver was found for the URL ‘’ .
Expected Results:
Find the driver
Reproducible: Always
