Empty Notebookbar shortcuts Toolbar Button Linux

Steps to reproduce:

* Customize...->Toolbars
* Selecting a Macro on the left side
* Selecting Target: Notebookbar shortcuts
* Clicking right Arrow to add
* Clicking Modify->Change Icon...
* Selecting any Icon

The button appears and works in the Notebookbar shortcuts Toolbar. But it is
completely empty. Also mouse over does not show anything. I would expect the
assigned command name to show up on mouse over.

I reproduced it in Calc and Writer.

On Windows:
Windows 11:
Version: 26.2.1.2 (X86_64)
Build ID: 620(Build:2)
CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 26100); UI render: Skia/Raster;
VCL: win
Locale: de-AT (de_AT); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

And on Linux:
Linux Fedora KDE Plasma 6.6.1:
Version: 25.8.5.2 (X86_64)
Build ID: 580(Build:2)
CPU threads: 14; OS: Linux 6.18; UI render: default; VCL: kf6 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: de-AT (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Attached is a screenshot showing the open Customize Window and the Notebookbar
shortcuts toolbar taken on Linux. It looks just the same on Windows.
