I was just testing out normal filesystem access prompts (not OneDrive) and I cannot find a way to hide the prompt on Tahoe 26.3.1; it's always in front no matter what application is in front; fully modal. Are you able to try saving to OneDrive in an app like TextEdit that you haven't saved to OneDrive before with?
