            Bug ID: 171198
Summary: Calc crashes when I select a worksheet in a
                    spreadsheet with multiple worksheets
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.5.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

I am running Libreoffice 24.2.7.2 on Linux Mint 22.3 on a laptop with 64gigs of
ram. I was running 25.8.5.2 until this problem occurred, so I uninstalled it
and installed 24.2.7.2. The problem keeps happening anyway.

Things worked normally until a few days ago. Calc keeps crashing.I have a
spreadsheet with 26 worksheets. Each sheet is small, only 3-4 columns and 1-3
pages of rows. However, when I click on a worksheet, the first few times it
works normally. Then for the next two it slows down. Then, it crashes and
offers to recover the file. The same thing keeps happening. This is unworkable.
I restored my system from a backup I made before the crashing began. Calc
crashed anyway. I removed Libreoffice via Software Manager, then reinstalled
it. It crashes anyway.
I booted a Fedora live USB and installed Libreoffice, loaded the spreadsheet,
and it worked perfectly, so the spreadsheet itself isn't corrupted.
I ran fsck on the internal storage partitions. They are all clean.
I'm really upset. I need to use my spreadsheets.
Can anyone suggest anything? What could be wrong here?

The error window says:
https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/3c76afc6-1820-4413-a86e-5e0a5eea1f79

When I try to access the URL mentioned in the error window, Firefox says Secure
Connection Failed.
