Description:
The columns tab in the Table Properties dialog shows nothing

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a new empty text document with Writer
2.Insert a table : menu Table > Insert a table
3.Keep the default values and press Insert button
4.Click in the table that has been inserted, right-click to show the context
menu and choose the entry Table Properties...
5.Select the Columns tab

Actual Results:
The Columns tab shows nothing

Expected Results:
The Columns tab shows the dialog with which you can configure the table columns
