I finally installed the new LibreOffice 26.2.1.2.
I can approve that it is a bit faster.

But a test with 16386 rows and 2 columns still takes several seconds with
Windows 11 and it takes for ever with Linux (I killed LibreOffice after more
than two minutes).
With Windows I did another step afterwards: An "Undo" - this is simply a
nightmare, as it looks that not just the previous data are restored (would take
less than a second), but many many mini commands are undone which takes several
minutes and I had to kill LibreOffice as well.

So, short summary: There is a little improvement but much too less improvement
to use this function for more than 100 rows with just 2 columns.

If you agree not to create a new "bug", I would like to re-open this one.
