I guess that the coloring of row headers is applied (and shown) when the initial filter setting is applied, so (re)loading the file does not trigger the coloring (because the filter is _already_ applied). Applying the same exact filter – uncheck the filter and recheck it, then OK – successfully shows the colored row headers again. Please note that the autofilter's down-arrow is correctly colored (tdf 140955). Maybe this could provide a hint to improve the coloring of row headers too. Care should be taken not to negatively affect performance (when opening a file with a filtered already applied) in a meaningful way (especially when the filtered list has many rows). I have not tested the Standard Filter. I assume that a similar behavior can be seen in such case too.
