            Bug ID: 171236
Summary: No longer able to Set the Ruler 0 x 0 position by
dragging the upper left 'Tab Position' to a new
                    location
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.1.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Draw
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Before upgrading to 26.2.1.2, one could select the upper right corner with the
mouse and 'drag' out the ruler and define a new 0 x 0 ruler location anywhere
on the document. This is 100% reproducible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start LibreOffice Draw app
2.If needed turn on Ruler view (CTRL+SHIFT+R)
3.Click on the upper left , where the two black lines cross, and drag out a new
0, 0 ruler location

Actual Results:
It no longer drags out and doesn't' update the rulers (Upper, and left side) to
0,0.

Expected Results:
I expected, and worked on previous version, that a Cross shows up while
dragging and when you 'let go' it update the Left and upper ruler's Zero
locations to the position you selected.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Also after loading program you need to click on a ruler to have the snap lines
appear.

Both of these worked before I upgraded to 26.2.1.2
