Colibre (SVG) "Save" vs. "Unsaved" icon GIF

See attached GIF.

The floppy disk icon is a few pixels different when the "unsaved changes dot"
in the corner appears.

- - -

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

0. Go into:

- Tools > Options
- LibreOffice > Appearance
- > Icons

and choose an Icon Set.

1. Open any document.

2. Hit any letter.

3. Press Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y (Undo/Redo) to flip back and forth.

BUG: Stare at the Save icon and see the look "shift" slightly.

EXPECTED: Save icon to look exactly the same, only difference being the
"unsaved changes dot" in the corner.

TESTING NOTES

It OCCURS with these 4 icon sets:

- Colibre (SVG)
- Elementary (SVG)
- Sifr (SVG)
- Sifr

DOES NOT occur using the bitmap versions:

- Colibre
- Elementary

where:

- Colibre (SVG)
   - See GIF.
   - The disk's top/bottom white rectangle/"shading" looks different.
- Elementary (SVG)
   - Looks like the "Save" vs. "Unsaved" icon is slightly different dimensions.
   - (The entire top toolbar shifts a pixel or two left<->right.)
- Sifr (SVG + bitmap version)
   - A "blue dot" appears in upper right...
   - But the Save icon's lower-left outline changes slightly.

(I DID NOT test the "Dark" icon versions, but assume it's potentially lurking
there too.)
