The UNO created for bug 101211 [1] have an annoying UX that they position the
view port of the document canvas mid-page with the preceding page break exposed
and showing only a part of the target page, and including a large part of the
preceding page.
If possible, would be better UX if the view port could shift to position the
preceding page break to the top, and render just the target page when at 100%
and 'Single-page' view mode.
Desired result would be to bring the UNO page movements (now assigned
<Alt>+<PgDn>/<Alt>+<PgUp> shortcuts by default) in line with view port result
of the Navigator "by Page" spin box, or likewise of the "Go to Page..."
dialog's spin box.
To show with view port in Single-page view at 100% just the target page.
