It's quite simple, so I'm pretty sure it's already been reported.

Here's a reliable reproduction method that I know works:
1. Open new Calc.
2. Select large cell range.
   ex. A1:F20
3. Copy.  ( Ctrl + C )
4. Paste. ( Ctrl + V )

While issues may occur even when copying a single cell, it appears that the
wider the range, the higher the probability of reproducibility.
To verify reproducibility, please copy as large a range as possible.
Regarding this bug, I don't think whether cells are formatted or not makes a
difference.
