ooo120919-1.doc: text on pages 2, 3 should fit on a single line

I saw a lot of examples where the spacing was spread out wider than expected.
This particular example is very clear to visualise.

Steps to reproduce: 
1.) open ooo120919-1.doc.

On page 2 and page 3, the text (which is in Times New Roman font) should fit on
a single line.

This changed in 25.8.0.2 with commit 38ae7a6e1cb9adfd3fe67be409fb7b5bcaba3c82

so that currently the widened spacing causes the text to wrap to the next line.
