moz1128392-34.doc: example document

I saw one document which seemed to contradict a change in 26.2.

commit 2745e97d3d21cc91747d51ca4b68f53ac219211e

tdf#167583 sw: Add ADJUST_TABLE_LINE_HEIGHTS_TO_GRID_HEIGHT compat flag
    Reviewed-on: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/188104

In this file, the rows became much taller than they do in MS Word.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) open moz1128392-34.doc in LO and look at the table that starts at page 6.

Currently, there is a big gap at the top/bottom of each row. In MS Word, there
isn't much of a gap at all.

I hesitate to call it a regression (although for this particular document it is
at least visually a regression).
