I saw one document which seemed to contradict a change in 26.2.

In this file, the rows became much taller than they do in MS Word.
Steps to reproduce:
1.) open moz1128392-34.doc in LO and look at the table that starts at page 6.
Currently, there is a big gap at the top/bottom of each row. In MS Word, there
isn't much of a gap at all.
I hesitate to call it a regression (although for this particular document it is
at least visually a regression).
