Was it an existing document (one that you had previously saved)? Or was it a new one you hadn't saved yet? If it was an existing saved document, did the title include any characters with accents or umlauts or such? Also, do you have a non-default mail program set in LibreOffice -> Preferences -> Internet -> Email -> Email Program ? Or is that box empty?
