Anyway, as for reproduction: On Windows 10 22H2, with: Version: 25.8.4.2 (X86_64) Build ID: 290daaa01b999472f0c7a3890eb6a550fd74c6df CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (build 19045); UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_IL); UI: en-US I am seeing behavior which is somewhat similar to what you describe: Scrolling upwards and downwards on the drop-down list of fonts on Writer's Formatting toolbar is initially not smooth, with the scrollbar position indicator getting stuck briefly before jumping further at once. After scrolling up and down a few times, this no longer occurs and scrolling is smooth.
