Description:
About every month my LibreOffice app disappeared off my computer & I have to
reload again. My security app Norton might delete it, but not sure why. Also,
this time it will not allow me to open docs I have created with LibreOffice.
The docs are listed as DOCX in capitals. When I try to open docs statement
comes up "This app can't run on your computer"
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I have to reload LibreOffice
2.After a few weeks it has disappeared
3.have to reload again
Actual Results:
Continually having to reload LibreOffice, & this time not opening some docs
that somehow were renamed DOCX [in capitals]
Expected Results:
After a few weeks I'll probably have to reload LibreOffice
Reproducible: Sometimes
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I would like LibreOffice app to stay on my computer & open docs that I've
created using this program
