Reproduction instructions:
1. Create a new Writer document.
2. Insert a Table (e.g. via the menus); use the default number of rows and
columns, although it shouldn't matter.
3. Right-click the table
4. Select Table Properties... on the context menu
5. Select the Columns tab
Expected result:
Controls regarding columns on the columns tab.
Actual result:
Columns tab is empty (!)
