First frame shows the issue, second frame shows expected result.
Applying the Inline Heading frame for non en-US documents is broken.
Steps to reproduce
1) Open or create a document with a non en-US locale (tested with pt-BR)
2) Add contents, for example "lorem ipsum" text
3) select some word in the beginning of the paragraphs
4) Apply a paragraph style
Actual results
The selected words are wrapped in a frame of style "Frame"
Expected results:
The selected words are wrapped in a frame of style "Inline Heading".
