As you are typing additional content into the cells your are picking up that DF. Select all of the Table and from Format -> Clear Direct Formatting Then from the Side Bar Styles deck select the 'Tables Content' and the 'Table Heading' and modify the 'Font' and possibly the 'Font Effects' for the style.
