A few ideas are found in https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/201719 There are multiple bugs exhibited here. -bug 69515 FILEOPEN: Table in DOCX floating frame wrongly positioned (framePr ignored, regression) -and/or bug 137788: FILEOPEN DOCX: wrongly positioned block Table (not wrapped in w:p) framed via framePr with another paragraph -a framePr'd paragraph with a sectPr (probably) loses the section break. Let's keep this bug report for the last problem. All the provided example documents do seem to exhibit this aspect of the bug. For the person who fixes it, don't focus on the table aspect (although it does complicate things).
