--- Comment #9 from [email protected] --- I updated to version 4.1.0.3 (Build ID: 4.1.0.3-2.fc19), and the same thing is happening. I'm using separate X-servers because that appears to be the only way to have the virtual desktop showing on one monitor independent of the one showing on the other. Xinerama is off.
