Description:
The content of the page to adapt the coloum width in the table settings window
is blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table in a writer document
2. Open table settings
3. Go to tab of column width

Actual Results:
The page for columns is blank (see attached files)

Expected Results:
The settings for adjusting the column width still exist (or if they were
removed for some reason, the tab entry should be removed)
