No, they don't.... they just increase or decrease by moving the end of the cell
to the left or to the right.

Indeed, I should have better elucidated what's counter intuitive. But Regina
has done it for me. When you're in an RTL sheet, Alt-Shift-Left causes a cell
border to move rightwards, and Alt-Shift-Right causes it to move leftwards.
That's counter-intuitive.

yes, but also Alt+Shift+LeftArrow and Alt+Shift+RightArrow do the same thing.
For me at least.

Anyway - that's counter-intuitive and should be fixed.

Heiko also said something like that, but that's not the behavior I get. Let's
ignore that point and just talk about the shrinking and enlarging because
that's what my bug is about

This bug is about things being counter-intuitive, not necessarily about
consistency.
