Description:
Character-level Scale Width (style:text-scale / CharScaleWidth) is ignored.
All text renders at 100% width regardless of the property value.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select some text, open Character dialog (Format > Character > Position tab),
set Scale Width to 75%
2. The text should appear condensed but stays at 100% width

Actual Results:
Text stays at 100% width. Scale Width setting has no visible effect.

Expected Results:
Text should render at the specified Scale Width (e.g., 75% = condensed).
