Description:
On any document (new or old), when I click "Format" then choose "Paragraph" the
entire program shuts down. Same thing happens when I go to "Tools" then
"Options" and select "Appearance." It recovers everything fine, but I cannot
modify anything under these options like I need to.
Steps to Reproduce:

Allowed me to edit/format my paragraph, etc.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
When I try to open in safe mode a new doc, it crashed right away
