That's not an actual-vs-expected. You could have just talked about the
redundancy in the table styles list.

Anyway - I have to disagree with your initial claim. As you yourself said - we
cannot switch from the "blue box" style to the "orange box" style by making a
_single_ edit, and have all the rest of the colors be computed based on that
base color. It's even worse than you described it to be, since we also need to
change the border colors, not just the cell row background area colors.

As for your claim (B) - it would be a separate bug; and it is not even clear
what the 'right' solution would be.

That would not be a solution for _this_ bug.
