An option to revert to plain text entries would be much appreciated. I would also like to add that under v4.1.0.4 the situation is now even worse as the entries are no longer in alphabetical order (refer attached). This is especially bad UI/UX design. If a separate bug is required for what seems a highly-related aspect, please advise and I will open one.
