In the Hyperlink dialog, on the Internet tab, the order of the Text and Link
fields should be swapped.
The natural order of input is: Link -> (Tab key) -> Text.
Currently, the focus correctly starts on the Link field, but pressing Tab key
moves the focus to Frame in Further settings, which is incorrect. In typical
use, the user almost always wants to continue to the Text field next.
In previous versions of Calc, the tab order was correct. It seems to have
changed during the dialog update in the latest version.
