Description:
At first I thought they are not selectable at all at high zooms, but then I
found out they can still be selected, though it's very difficult. It requires
very thin cursor aiming - which is very unhandy. I believe the border margins
should be made fatter so the user can easily click on the borders in order to
resize or drag the text boxes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the file
2.Find the text box below the 3rd table
3.Zoom beyond 65%
4.Try to select it so the dragging rectangles appear on its borders
Actual Results:
It fails way too often, borders are to thin to aim at at high zooms
Expected Results:
Easy aiming
Reproducible: Always
