On exporting a large file (12 inches x 9 inches at 300dpi) from LibreOffice

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a LibreOffice Draw Document with a page size of 12.84" x 9.25" and a
background image at 300dpi resolution....
2. Mouse to FILE -- Export -- FileType .PNG -- Save
In "Options" Window hit:
Resolution: 300 pixels / inch
Width: 12.84 inches
Height: 9.25 inches
Compression: 1
Interlaced: on
Save Transparency: off
3. Click OK....
4. Look at the PNG file which was just created. It is too small, i.e. the
resolution is too low.
