The addition of extra pre-installed themes is no different than the selection
of themes that is offered in MSO365. It is not the same as the old limited
Mozilla personalization option. The themes such as "Dark Grey" add a tangible
improvement to the look of LibreOffice, the default dark theme does not look
the same across OS versions.

Having an optional pre-installed theme available to users promotes consistency
because we can precisely define how that theme looks. If you compare MSO365
across Mac and Windows there is a much greater uniform look in respect of
colours and general "feel" than there is between the mac and Windows version of
LibreOffice.
