Description:
Pasting non-markdown text as unformatted text, "Paste as" dialog will appear.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Calc.
2. Paste the following two lines as unformatted text.
( Ctrl + Alt + Shift + V )

Open_new_Calc.ods
Paste_the_following_two_lines.ods
```
Actual Results:
3. "Paste as" Dialog appears.
Expected Results:
3. Display "Text Import" dialog without showing "Paste as" dialog.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Generally, "_" without space is not Markdown formatting.
LibreOffice Writer also does not treat this as a Markdown format.
Even in Calc, selecting "Markdown" in the "Paste as" dialog will not cause "_"
characters to be removed.
Using "_" as a space substitute in file names is quite common.
We would prefer not to display the "Paste as" dialog when no valid Markdown
formatting is present.
