The function CheckFileExtRegistration() asks to register your file format so it
is recognized in the file browser, for example. You should not see this dialog
(consequently your STR are hard to reproduce).

"The following file formats are not registered to be opened by default in
%PRODUCTNAME:\n$1\nSelect OK if you want to change default file format
registrations."

I do not struggle with this text. Nor with the actions. I'm not a native
speaker but select/press/click is all the same and even a Chinese word allows
me to understand that Ok is a confirmation. I see no better text than
"registered file format" which admittedly is not clear. But we cannot explain
Microsoft Windows in our dialogs.
