LO Calc 26.8 - varying-thickness active cell rectangle at zoom level 260%

Reproduction instructions:

1. File > New > Spreadsheet
2. Click a cell that's not on the first row nor the first colum (so the active
cell rectangle are visible clearly on all sides).
3. Examine the four sides of the rectangle at increasing zoom levels between
100% and, say, 350%.

Expected results:
Rectangle thickness is uniform on all four sides, or nearly-uniform up to
zooming imperfections.

Actual results:
On many zoom levels, and all zoom levels beyond some point, the left and bottom
sides are thicker than the top and left.

See screenshot for an example.
