            Bug ID: 171598
Summary: FILEOPEN: Mac App Store app will not open recent
                    documents
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.6.2 release
          Hardware: ARM
                OS: macOS (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Base
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

The version of LibreOffice that is available on the macOS App Store (25.8.6.2)
will not open documents using either the Start Center or the Recents menu, I
get an “Access to <filepath> was denied.” error

I can open a file by:
- double-clicking in Finder
- using the LibreOffice Open menu
- drag and drop onto the LibreOffice app in the dock
- or if I have opened the file during the same sessions, reopen using Recents.

I have not received any prompts to allow disk access. I have used terminal to
clear any settings that would have been set by a missed prompt.

I have also enabled Full Disk Access in macOS with no change. Prior to
manually adding LibreOffice app to the system preferences' Allow Access to
Documents section, it was not listed.
