Steps to reproduce:
* Set UI layout to tabbed mode
* Open writer
* Remove (e.g.) the Menubar icon from the notebookbar shortcuts (in the
"Customize" dialog)
* Confirm the change
* Click on the left-most icon in the notebookbar shortcuts (which now displays
as "Open file"-icon, but still functions as if it was the menubar button.

Restarting Writer "solves" the issue.
