Description:
When correcting written words, a correction is suggested using double quotes
(") instead of an apostrophe (`), which is an error.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a word with an error, for example "Привязка"
2.Right-click to display edit/replace options
3.See the suggested option "Прив“язка" with double quotes
Actual Results:
Use/correction of double quotes an instead of apostrophes
Expected Results:
Suggest/correct using an apostrophe, i.e. "Прив’язка"
