calc file set on read-only refuses to be filtered conditionally
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open ODS and apply (data) auto filter to its headers
2. close it and set the file to read only (win: right mouse properties)
3. open it and chose filter by condition and standard filter from a drop down
4. shit, no dialog appears

Additional Info:
Checks work, but to filter by condition you have to click on (I'm guessing)
edit file (right top), which of course is not really what you want.
The ODS is set to read-only to not be accidentally changed.
There's no reason AFAIS to restrict (general) filtering because of that.
